These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TailorTrained website, quiz, guides and emails (the “Services”), offered by Yaron W. (“TailorTrained”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

TailorTrained provides a free behavior quiz, an automatically generated Behavior Profile and training plan, free guides, and recommendations for training resources. We are not a dog training provider, veterinarian or behaviorist. Our content is general educational information, not professional advice for your specific dog.

2. Third-party products and affiliate links

We may recommend products and courses sold by other companies, such as Brain Training for Dogs, and we may earn a commission when you buy through our links. Those products are sold, delivered and supported by their sellers under their own terms, refund policies and privacy policies, not ours. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

3. Estimates

Session counts and price ranges in your plan are estimates based on typical US rates and your answers. They are not quotes.

4. Safety

If your dog has bitten anyone or you believe anyone is at risk, keep people and animals safely separated and promptly consult your veterinarian and a qualified behavior professional. Don’t rely on online content alone in safety situations.

5. Your information and communications

You agree to provide accurate information. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t submit false information, submit someone else’s information without permission, scrape or copy the Services, or interfere with their operation.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including text, design, guides, the TailorTrained name and logo, are owned by TailorTrained. Free guides are for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DON’T GUARANTEE ANY TRAINING RESULT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAILORTRAINED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100.

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
